近年来,我厂对粉煤灰铁粉造球焙烧和在12米~3高炉上冶炼进行了生产试验。试验结果表明:粉煤灰铁粉造球及入炉冶炼在工艺技术上是可行的,经济上是有利的,效益是好的;成球混合料中燃料配比是影响球团矿高温强度的关键;80%的铁粉配用20%的生石灰粉可生产出碱度1.0左右的半自熔性球团矿;粉煤灰铁粉球团矿炼铁与铁矿石炼铁比较,前者具有炉况顺,冶强高,产量上升、焦比下降,接受大风、高温,有利于高炉强化冶炼操作等优点。为此,建议有条件的铁厂可试验生产。在如何改进粉煤灰铁粉磁选工艺,提高铁粉品位;如何进一步提高球团矿高温强度,以期适应较大高炉的冶炼要求等问题尚须进一步探讨。
