目的对桶装水菌落总数检验中影响检验和判定的诸因素进行研究,以指导生产、检验与监督。方法从不同的检验时机、操作方法、培养条件以及结果的判定等方面,研究其对检验结果及判定的影响。结果检验时去盖取样的方法与从中心取检样方法的结果相近,合格率相等;对桶震摇10s后的检验结果,与震摇20s符合性好;用含Na2S2O3的营养琼脂培养基,可检出臭氧含量0.10mg/L时水中的细菌;样品存放7d后,其合格率由当天的100%下降至82.14%。结论取检样时去盖取样与从中心取样对检验结果无明显影响;震摇桶的操作、检验时臭氧含量、生产至检验时间等对检验结果有明显影响;培养基内添加10mg/LNa2S2O3,可提前发现质量风险。
