目的观察甲氨喋呤、米非司酮与中药联合治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法将50例异位妊娠患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上利用甲氨喋呤、米非司酮与中药联合治疗。结果观察组的成功率为92.0%,对照组成功率为76.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无不良反应病例,对照组有2例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组住院平均时间少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲氨喋呤、米非司酮与中药联合治疗异位妊娠效果显著,值得大力推广用应。 Objective To observe the curative effect of methotrexate, mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 50 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated routinely. The observation group was treated with methotrexate and mifepristone together with traditional Chinese medicine. Results The success rate of the observation group was 92.0%, the success rate of the control group was 76.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
