随着我国高职教育的不断发展,辅导员队伍正逐渐扩大并趋于完善。本文从高职院校辅导员职业倦怠状况着手,客观分析了原因,并提出了一些建议,旨在寻求改善辅导员职业倦怠状况的根本之策。
With the continuous development of higher vocational education in our country, the team of counselors is gradually expanding and tends to be perfect. This article starts with the job burnout status of counselors in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the reasons objectively and puts forward some suggestions aimed at seeking the fundamental measures to improve counselors’ job burnout.
