本文从企业文化的兴起、我国企业文化概念的起步和发展、中日文化理念之间的关系三个方面概述了企业文化的兴起和相关文化理论,重点探讨了中日企业文化的比较分析问题,包括中日企业的企业理念比较、价值观比较和经营理念比较三个方面。以期为相关的理论研究和具体的实践工作提供一定的借鉴。
This paper summarizes the rise of corporate culture and related cultural theories from three aspects: the rise of corporate culture, the starting and development of the concept of corporate culture in China, and the relationship between Chinese and Japanese cultural ideas. The thesis mainly discusses the comparative analysis of Chinese and Japanese corporate culture, Including the comparison of business ideas between Chinese and Japanese enterprises, the comparison of values and the comparison of business ideas in three aspects.
