本文介绍了以数据库为基础的连杆组CAD系统(CRCS)的主要功能、设计特点和采用参数与交互相结合型式的优点;并导出了连杆主要结构尺寸的公式。此外,还说明了对连杆进行有限元分析、疲劳强度考核及可靠性预测的方法;分析了集成化、规范化、实用化的必要性。
This paper introduces the main functions, design features and the merits of using the combination of parameters and interaction in the database-based linkage group CAD system. And the formulas of the main structure dimensions of the connecting rod are introduced. In addition, the methods of finite element analysis, fatigue strength assessment and reliability prediction of the connecting rod are also described. The necessity of integration, standardization and practicalization is also analyzed.
