长期以来,创业研究与家族企业研究作为两个相互影响的独立领域而存在,两者交融已经引起国外许多学者的关注,但是国内此类研究十分缺乏。家族是一个特殊的创业主体,其独特的“家族性”因素会对创业过程和创业目标产生重大的影响,使得家族创业具有非家族创业不可比拟的竞争优势。本文从创业过程的视角研究家族性因素如何影响创业机会识别、资源获取以及形成动态竞争优势的创业过程,随后对家族创业研究进行简要评论。
For a long time, entrepreneurial research and family-owned enterprise research exist as two independent and mutually influential fields. The blending of the two has attracted the attention of many scholars abroad, but such studies in China are lacking. Family is a special entrepreneur. Its unique “familial ” factors will have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial process and entrepreneurial goals, making family entrepreneurs have incomparable competitive advantages over non-family entrepreneurs. This paper studies how the familial factors affect the entrepreneurial process of entrepreneurial opportunity identification, resource acquisition and dynamic competitive advantage from the perspective of entrepreneurial process, and then make a brief comment on the research of family entrepreneurship.
