作者设计了粗蛋白质含量分别为23.2%、21.1%、17.7%三种饲料配方。将3周龄KM小鼠60只,分为3组,每组20只,分别饲喂3种不同蛋白质水平的饲料,观察各组KM小鼠生长、繁殖情况及脏器重量系数。结果显示:处于生长发育高峰期的4~5周龄鼠,高蛋白组的体重及日增重极显著高于其它2组(P<0.01)。不同蛋白质水平的饲料对KM小鼠的繁殖性能和脏器重量系数影响明显,各组生育综合指数和内脏综合系数的高低与日粮蛋白质水平成正比。
The author designed the crude protein content of 23.2%, 21.1%, 17.7% of the three feed formulations. Sixty three-week-old KM mice were divided into three groups with 20 mice in each group. The mice were fed with 3 different protein levels of feed. The growth and reproduction of KM mice and organ weight coefficient were observed. The results showed that body weight and daily gain of 4 and 5 weeks old rats in the peak of growth and development were significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P <0.01).
