目的对中药消痈解毒汤治疗腹腔脓肿的临床疗效进行探讨和分析。方法选取该院在2010年5月—2013年5月收治的60例腹腔脓肿患者并将其随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组患者采用静脉滴注抗生素进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用消痈解毒汤剂治疗,对比二组患者的临床疗效及症状体征缓解时间。结果观察组患者在体温恢复时间、症状缓解时间、血常规恢复时间、脓肿消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但二组在有效率和中转手术率方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用中药消痈解毒汤剂联合西药治疗腹腔脓肿的临床疗效显著优于单纯使用西药进行治疗,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical curative effect of Xiaoyu Jiedu Decoction for treating abdominal abscess. Methods Sixty patients with peritoneal abscess admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 30 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with intravenous infusion of antibiotics. The observation group was treated with Xiaodan Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy and symptom and symptom relief time were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time, symptom relief time, blood routine recovery time, abscess disappearance time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.01). However, in the two groups, the effective rate and transit surgery The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions The clinical curative effect of eliminating traditional Chinese medicine and removing detoxification decoction combined with Western medicine in treating intraperitoneal abscess is significantly better than that of western medicine alone, which is worthy of clinical application.
