低钾对心肌的损害已引起临床重视,而镁离子是细胞内含量仅次于钾离子的主要阳离子,是许多主要酶的辅酶,对心脏生理生化过程有重要影响。临床上补镁可使缺钾症状得以纠正,缺镁尚可诱发缺钾,使低钾难以纠正,本文测定值对指导老年人肺心病治疗有一定指导意义。 (一)临床资料 1.对象住院肺心病人64例,其中老年前期26例,老年期38例,老年健康对照组16例。老年年龄划分依据中华医学会老年医学学会于1982年的建议,老年前期为45~59岁;60岁以上为老年人。肺心病按1980年全国第三次肺心病会议修订标准确诊。 2.一般情况老年前期肺心病组26例中,男18例,女8例;平均年龄55.61岁。老年期肺心病组38人,男32人,女6人;平均年龄69.89岁。老年健康对照组16人,平均年
