企业利润增长了是不是应该给职工涨工资呢?以后,有这种想法可以大胆的提出来,因为工资拿多少,不光老板说了算,还要听打工者的意见。就在笔者采访的一周前,浙江省德清县钟管镇龙力机械有限公司召开了第三次工资集体协商大会,全体员工和企业共同决定:从2014年4月起,所有员工工资上涨15%。以往,不少打工者认为,和老板讨价还价,除非想卷铺盖走人。而现在,在龙力机械公司,除了工资可以谈,病假、事假、婚假、产假期间的工资待遇,以及加班加点工资,津贴补贴标准和奖金分配等均在集体协商内容之列。公司办公室主任张铭函告诉笔者,公司从2012年开始实行工资集体协商制度,2012年职工平均工资涨10%,2013年涨12%,今年涨15%。

Now, at Longli Machinery Co., Ltd., in addition to wage talks, sick leave, leave, marriage leave, pay during maternity leave, as well as overtime pay, allowance subsidy standards and bonuses are among the contents of collective bargaining. Zhang Ming, director of the company’s office, told the author that since 2012, the company implemented the wage collective bargaining system. In 2012, the average wage of workers rose 10%, up 12% in 2013 and up 15% this year.
