几年来,我校始终把教师专业化水平的提高看成是学校工作的重中之重,充分认识到没有教师素质的持续发展就没有教育质量的不断提高,没有教师的优先发展就谈不上对学生的优质教育。我校经过精心谋划,制定了建设教师专业发展型学校的规划,确立了以构建学习型组织建设为基础,校本培训、校本教研、校本科研三条主线并进的工作思路,为教师专业发展提供保障。一、抓实校本培训,为教师专业发展提供根本保障 Over the past few years, our school has always regarded the improvement of the professionalization of teachers as the top priority in school work.
