Objective: To further explore the effect of special nutrition and endurance exercise on non-drug-controlled diabetes mellitus. Methods: In this study, diabetic rats as the object, through 6 weeks of endurance training, vanadium sulfate salt supplementation, vanadium salt supplementation and exercise combination intervention treatment, the use of comparative analysis, from blood biochemistry, glucose metabolism, blood lactate metabolism kinetics In terms of different adaptive changes observed in diabetic metabolic disorders. RESULTS: After 6 weeks of intensive vanadium supplementation with endurance training, the fasting blood glucose in diabetic rats decreased to 62 1 ± 1 41 mmol / L (P 0 05) and insulin to 18 16 ± 2 17 U / ml (P < 0 0 5), suggesting that endurance exercise combined with vanadium salt to a greater extent to improve diabetic rats glucose and pancreatic islet hormones metabolic disorders. The experimental insulinotropin concentration has an independent adaptive changes, suggesting that the significance of vanadium salt in the treatment of diabetes, and endurance exercise on pancreatic islet cells and glycemic control of the overall intervention and changes in peripheral insulin sensitivity concept may be different. This study, for the first time, observes the characteristics of the kinetics of OGTT, which is in synchrony with hyperglycemia, which may be a new diagnostic indicator of the treatment and progression of diabetes mellitus. Vanadium supplementation is used to control the course of diabetes, and its possible mechanism needs to be further explored.
