企业下岗职工再就业关系到一个地区社会稳定和经济发展的大局,现结合工作实践,提出几点建议: 1.深入企业,大力开展摸岗、清岗、腾岗、送岗活动。劳动保障部门要派出工作组深入企业,调查企业用工需求。同时,宣传党和政府对企业招用下岗职工的优惠政策,使他们对下岗职工和下岗现象有正确的认识,把企业对社会应承担的义务和优先使用下岗职工,清岗、腾岗、安置下岗职工结合起来。其次,大力开展送岗位活动,把企业空岗逐个分类,再认真分析下岗职工的具体情况,根据技能素质、就业意愿有计划、有针对性地为每一位职工配岗、送岗。 2.强化培训,转变观念,提高下岗职工就业技能。首先要加大政策理论培训,可通过座谈、走访、典型引路等形式,帮助下岗职工树立就业靠市场、上岗靠竞争、择业靠能力、生活靠自己的新观念。其次,狠抓下岗职工的就
