目的:观察中西医结合治疗蝮蛇咬伤的临床疗效。方法:将60例毒蛇咬伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组使用抗蛇毒血清,补液等治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用蛇伤冲剂。治疗2周。2组症状消失时间、谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶及肌酸激酶恢复时间。结果:治疗组患肢肿胀、疼痛消失时间均显著快于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶及肌酸激酶恢复时间短于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:蛇伤冲剂联合西医治疗蝮蛇咬伤,疗效确切。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of viper snake bite. Methods: Sixty cases of snake bites were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used anti-snake venom serum, rehydration and other treatment; treatment group in the control group based on the treatment with snake wound granules. Treatment for 2 weeks. Symptom disappearance time, alanine aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase recovery time in the two groups. Results: The limb swelling and pain disappearance in the treatment group were significantly faster than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The recovery time of alanine aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Snake wound granules combined with Western medicine treatment of viper snake bite, the exact effect.
