The author of 217 hospitals in high-risk hepatitis B workers made the German Hepatitis B vaccine immunity test by measuring anti-HBs titer to explore the two immunization programs, different age and gender on immunogenicity. The average recipient age of 34 years (20 to 61 years old). Before inoculation, the serum hepatitis B indicators and anti-HBs and anti-HBc were negative. The recipients were divided into groups A and B and vaccinated with a 3-dose vaccine (the vaccine was made by adsorbing purified 22 nm HBsAg particles into aluminum hydroxide adjuvant). The first two needles are separated by 1 month, and the 3rd needles are given 5 months after the first needles. In group A, 42 μg HBsAg was inoculated each time; in group B, 84 μg was inoculated for the first time, and 21 μg in the second and third inoculations. Anti-HBs titres of less than 50 IU after 3 pins
