采用胆固醇衍生物DC-Chol为阳离子材料,将抗肿瘤药长春瑞滨和细胞凋亡诱导剂米帕林包封在脂质体的水性核内,再用聚乙二醇进行表面修饰,得到了PEG修饰的长春瑞滨和米帕林阳离子脂质体。以A549细胞和移植A549细胞的小鼠为模型评价制品的细胞摄取情况和抗肿瘤活性。结果显示,本品能显著增强A549细胞对其的摄取,并选择性蓄积在A549细胞内。
Cholesterol derivatives DC-Chol as a cationic material, the anti-tumor drug vinorelbine and apoptosis inducer mopalin encapsulated in the aqueous liposomes, and then modified with polyethylene glycol surface was obtained PEG modified vinorelbine and migapylol cationic liposomes. A549 cells and A549 cells transplanted mice as a model to assess the cellular uptake of the product and anti-tumor activity. The results show that this product can significantly enhance the uptake of A549 cells and selectively accumulate in A549 cells.
