通过异种移植物抗宿主反应(XGVHR)的动物模型筛选出黄芪促免疫的有效成份 F3。该成份在体外 XGVHR 试验中显示对癌症患者淋巴细胞功能有完全性免疫恢复作用(反应结节从57.80±16.44mm~3到148.95±40.84mm~3),在体内动物模型试验中可显示出全部逆转因环磷酰胺而造成的免疫抑制现象,提示黄芪成份在免疫治疗中可能是一个很有希望的生物反应调节剂。
The animal model of xenograft anti-host reaction (XGVHR) was used to screen out the effective component F3 for jaundice. This component showed a complete immune recovery effect on lymphocyte function in cancer patients in vitro XGVHR test (reaction nodule from 57.80±16.44mm~3 to 148.95±40.84mm~3), which can be shown in an in vivo animal model test. Reversing the immunosuppression caused by cyclophosphamide suggested that the composition of Astragalus may be a promising biological response modifier in immunotherapy.
