风岗县河坝乡外环境缺碘 ,是碘缺乏病的重病区 ,经过多年实施“全民食盐加碘”(USI)的综合防治措施 ,碘缺乏病得到了有效控制 ,在 2 0 0 0年碘缺乏病阶段评估中达到基本消除。为全面了解该县碘缺乏病流行现状 ,我们于 2 0 0 3年 9月对该县进行碘缺乏病流行情况调查 ,报道如下。
The lack of iodine in the environment outside Heba Township, Fenggang County is a severe ward of iodine deficiency disorders. After many years of implementation of the “Integrated Salt Control and Iodification” (USI) comprehensive prevention and control measures, iodine deficiency disorders have been effectively controlled. In 2000, Iodine deficiency disease stage assessment to achieve the basic elimination. To fully understand the prevalence of iodine deficiency disorders in the county, a survey of the prevalence of iodine deficiency disorders in the county in September 2003 is presented below.
