在学习英语的过程中,很多学生发现在与母语为英语的人士进行交流时,不时会出现一些因误解而产生的尴尬局面。究其原因,是因为很多学生对英语国家的文化不甚关注。受汉语思维模式的影响,学生在英语交际中往往从自身文化出发,自觉不自觉地运用汉语表述习惯进行思维,因此说话经常不够得体,误用、误解或误导现象频频出现,使跨文化交际受阻。本文从语言教学与文化的关系入手,结合作者的教学实践,提出了在口语教学中如何培养和提高跨文化交际能力的具体措施。
During the course of learning English, many students find that sometimes they experience some embarrassment caused by misunderstanding when communicating with native English speakers. The reason is that many students are not very concerned about the culture of English-speaking countries. Under the influence of Chinese thinking mode, students tend to think in their own culture and consciously or unconsciously use Chinese expression habits. Therefore, students often do not speak properly, misuse, misunderstand or mislead their speech frequently, which hinders cross-cultural communication . This article starts with the relationship between language teaching and culture and puts forward specific measures on how to cultivate and improve intercultural communication skills in oral teaching, combined with the author’s teaching practice.
