红花油是我区传统的中成药品种,有良好的止血、止痛、消炎等功效,主要用于跌打刀防、烧伤、烫伤等。本品由血竭、肉桂油、冰片、桉叶油、薄荷油、丁香油、冬青油、茴香油、茶油组成。长期以来没有制订质量标准。我们采用薄层层析本品对的各种成分进行鉴别,作为该产品的质量控制的一项措施。实验部分取本品100ml置500ml蒸馏瓶中,加入蒸馏水200ml及防爆沸剂少量,加热至沸。收集馏出的挥发油及馏液供鉴定用。1.冬青油及丁香油鉴别:取上述蒸馏所得挥发油作供试液;另取冬青油、丁香油作为对照液。各取3μl点样,薄层展开,见图1。
Safflower oil is a traditional Chinese medicine variety in our district. It has good hemostasis, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and other effects. It is mainly used for anti-knife protection, burns, and burns. No quality standards have been established for a long time. We used TLC to identify the various components of the product as a measure of the quality of the product. The experimental part took this product 100ml set 500ml distillation flask, add distilled water 200ml and a small amount of explosion-proof boiling agent, heated to boiling. Distilled volatile oils and distillates were collected for identification. 1. Identification of holly oil and clove oil: Take the volatile oil obtained by the above distillation as the test solution; take another wintergreen oil and clove oil as the control liquid. Take 3μl each sample, thin layer spread, see Figure 1.
