目前国内中小学教师队伍人才管理现状和随之产生的一系列问题值得我们深思。在现实教学和职业发展中,教师面临着一些困境,如:社会对教育大环境的要求大于给予,许多教师身心疲惫,职业的倦怠感愈发严重,没有了职业理想追求,精神文化匮乏,没有幸福感可言。另外,学校在教师队伍的管理举措上缺乏人文性、激励性,教师对教育没有归宿感,无力推动教改创新。面对上述现状和困境,如何解决?笔者基于个人多年的从教和管理经验,认为教师管理要从管理教师的幸福感开始。
At present, the status quo of the management of Talents in primary and secondary school teachers in our country and the series of questions that follow are worth our pondering. In the real teaching and career development, teachers face some dilemmas, such as: social requirements of the educational environment is greater than given, many teachers are mentally and physically exhausted, occupational burnout more serious, without the pursuit of professional ideals, lack of spiritual and cultural, there is no Happiness at all. In addition, the lack of humanism and motivation in the management of teachers’ teams in schools has led teachers to have no sense of destiny in education and can not promote innovation in education reform. Faced with the above status quo and difficulties, how to solve? The author based on personal years of teaching and management experience, that teacher management from the management of teachers’ sense of happiness began.
