随着农村经济的迅速发展,一些大功率单相用电设备开始走进农户家庭,如家用碾米机、木工多用机、电动磨粉机、单相电焊机、深井潜水泵等。这些用电设备的普及和使用,给电管部门提出了新的管理要求:一是部分产品品牌繁杂,质量好坏不一,一些漏电严重的设备投入使用后,往往造成配电间总保护频繁动作跳闸,增加了故障查找难度,影响正常供电;二是原来安装的电表容量偏小,不能满足新增设备的用电需要。用户强行使用上述设备后,表内结线和电流线圈便会因过流而烧坏,造成表计慢转或卡住不转,影响准确计量和电费回收;三是用电接线不规范,安全用电难保障。如木工机械、电焊设备等流动作业性很大,当使用者更换场地搬迁设备时,往往不打招呼,便自行接火用电。往往一不小心便发生事故,造成设备损坏或人员伤亡。为此,笔者认为对上述类型的用电设备:一要加大管理力度,为每台机组建立用电档案和使用跟踪卡,由电管站实施专项管理。二是,包管部门尤其是村级农电员,要主动上门服务,定期对设备进行“体检”,指导他们正确使用。同时按新增设备容量大小,及时为他们加装或更换配套电表,以保证计量准确和合
