我国就业公共政策作为一项事关社会和谐的民生性基本公共服务,一直得到民众的广泛关注和各级政府部门的高度重视,尤其在金融危机造成用人单位纷纷“减招”或“裁员”的不利境况下,如何更有力地维护女性在就业中的合法权益,促进公平就业,越来越成为政府公共治理的重点。本文以社会公平正义为价值取向,审视当前我国就业公共政策中性别公正严重缺失的现状,通过深度剖析导致就业性别歧视等现象产生的政策层面原因,尝试性地提出了“性别需求为制定导向+专门法律规范为执行依据+性别分析为评估保障”的三位一体的政策优化策略。
