利用旋转带分馏、快速柱层析、高压液相色谱、制备气相色谱等方法,从勒(木党)Zanthoxylumavicennae(Lam.)DC.果精油中共分离得到27个化合物,鉴定了其中22个化合物。4-甲基-6-乙酰氧基己醛为在天然界中首次获得。对15个化合物样品做了抑菌试验,其中柠檬醛、正辛醇、芳樟醇和4-甲基-6-乙酰氧基己醛具有强的抑菌活性。本文还讨论了某些精油成分结构与其抑菌活性的相关性。
Twenty-seven compounds were identified from Zanthoxylumavicennae (Lam.) DC essential oil by rotary fractionation, flash column chromatography, high pressure liquid chromatography and preparative gas chromatography. Twenty-two compounds were identified. 4-methyl-6-acetoxyhexanal was first obtained in the natural world. Antibacterial tests were performed on 15 compound samples, in which citral, n-octanol, linalool and 4-methyl-6-acetoxyhexanal had strong antibacterial activity. This article also discusses the relationship between the structure of certain essential oils and their antibacterial activity.
