目的 了解四川省居民碘盐、非碘盐状况 ,调查非碘盐来源 ,确定“非碘盐问题地区” ,为实施四川省消除碘缺乏病综合干预试点项目提供依据。方法 分层随机抽取全省每个县居民户盐样进行盐碘半定量检测并对发现的非碘盐户做非碘盐来源及健康教育等相关调查。结果 居民户 :食盐有碘率 95 3 6% ,81 4%的县有碘率大于 90 % ;非碘盐率 4 64 % ,61 63 %的县有非碘盐存在 ;非碘盐率大于 10 %的地区有自贡市、甘孜州、内江市和阿坝州。零售店 :食盐有碘率 75 8% ,非碘盐率大于 10 %的地区有甘孜州、自贡市、成都市、阿坝州和凉山州。健康教育 :“碘盐预防碘缺乏病”知晓率 3 9 0 4% ,“购盐行为”正确率 2 8 73 %。结论 四川省非碘盐率大于 10 %的“问题地区”主要集中在甘孜、阿坝藏族自治州及产盐区的自贡、内江市以及成都市的个别区县 ,应加强这些地区消除碘缺乏病综合干预 ,确保我省2 0 10年实现消除碘缺乏病目标。
Objective To understand the status of iodized salt and non-iodized salt in Sichuan province, investigate the sources of non-iodized salt, and determine the “non-iodized salt problem areas” in Sichuan Province, so as to provide evidence for the implementation of the pilot project of integrated intervention to eliminate iodine deficiency disorders in Sichuan Province. Methods Stratified random sampling of salt samples from every household in every county in the province was conducted for semiquantitative detection of salt and iodine and to investigate the sources of non-iodized salt and health education among non-iodized salt households found. Results Households: salt iodine 95 3 6%, 81 4% of the county iodine rate greater than 90%; non-iodized salt rate of 644%, 61 63% of the county there is non-iodized salt; non-iodized salt rate greater than 10 % Zigong City, Ganzi Prefecture, Neijiang City and Aba Prefecture. Retail Stores: Salt iodine rate of 75 8%, non-iodized salt rate of more than 10% of the regions Ganzi, Zigong, Chengdu, Aba and Liangshan Prefecture. Health education: “iodized salt prevention of iodine deficiency disorders” awareness rate of 39.04%, “salt purchase behavior” correct rate of 28.33%. Conclusion The “problem areas” with non-iodized salt rates of more than 10% in Sichuan are mainly concentrated in Ganzi, Aba Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Zigong, Neijiang, and individual districts and counties in the salt-producing areas in Sichuan Province. Comprehensive interventions to eliminate iodine deficiency disorders should be strengthened in these areas , To ensure that our province in 2010 to achieve the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.
