鹅房村新一任党支部班子是1991年组建的。七年来，鹅房村农村纯收入增长了3倍多，农村经济总收入增长了1700多万元，如今它已是远近闻名的富裕村。但鹅房村有一点比它的富裕更有名，这就是：村风正，民心齐，干部关系非常融洽，一个400多户的大村，就像一个团结和睦的大家庭。
Eun Fang Village, a new party branch was formed in 1991. In the past seven years, the net income of rural areas in Goosefang village has more than tripled. The total income of the rural economy has increased by more than 17 million yuan. Nowadays, it has become a well-known rich village. However, the Euniu Village is a little more famous than its affluence. This is the village’s style of endeavor, its common people’s solidarity, its very good relations with its cadres. A village of more than 400 households is like a big family united in peace and harmony.
