目前,通过社会调查和企业用人单位反馈等途径,获知高职大学生就业难的重要原因之一是学校培养的学生不能满足社会和企业等用人单位的需要,特别是学生的职业素养不符合社会和企业等用人单位的需求。根据我院多年职业技术教育的办学经验和教学改革成果,在教学过程中,开展生产性实训,能够以真实的生产任务、工作岗位、职业氛围、企业管理模式来组织教学,对培养学生的职业素养起到了潜移默化的作用。
