音乐自古以来就有陶冶身心的作用,音乐和体育运动的结合能够有效地提高运动训练的效率。音乐产生一种和谐、美妙的感觉,能让人们疲惫、紧张的身心得到放松或者是激励,达到活跃情绪的目的。不同的体育训练适合播放不同的音乐,或欢快或舒缓。本文结合实践经验,介绍在不同阶段的体育训练中使用音乐的类型。
Since ancient times, music has the function of cultivating the mind and body. The combination of music and sports can effectively improve the efficiency of sports training. Music produces a harmonious, wonderful feeling, can make people tired, tense body and mind to be relaxed or motivated, to achieve the purpose of active emotions. Different sports training suitable for playing different music, or happy or soothing. This article, combined with practical experience, introduces the types of music used in sports training at different stages.
