在社会主义市场经济体制下,国有企业是为社会提供更多更优的产品和服务,企业根本目的仍是追求利润最大化。在保持企业快速持续稳定发展的前提下,促进思想政治教育工作在提高企业经济效益、维护社会稳定中的作用十分重要。本文就当前国有企业开展思想政治教育中遇到的困难以及存在的问题进行探讨,以期探索经济效益提高与企业政治思想教育的内在统一关系,来体现思想政治教工作育对企业经济效益提高的重大意义。
Under the socialist market economic system, state-owned enterprises provide more and better products and services to the society. The fundamental purpose of the enterprise is still the pursuit of profit maximization. On the premise of maintaining rapid and sustained development of enterprises, it is very important to promote ideological and political education in improving the economic efficiency of enterprises and maintaining social stability. This article probes into the difficulties and existing problems in current state-owned enterprises’ ideological and political education so as to explore the inherent unity of economic benefits and the political and ideological education in enterprises so as to show that the education of ideological and political workers is of great importance to the improvement of the economic benefits of enterprises significance.
