设计一种非跟踪型光电光热复合管以同时得到电能和热能,利用Matlab对聚光器曲线的形状进行优化并对结果进行数值仿真,对不同吸收体形状之间进行数据比较,得到最佳吸收体形状。给出不同入射角的光路图和下表面聚光比分布图,证明下表面得光也较均匀,可避免因高温热应力对太阳电池产生的损坏。最后实验测试下表面平均聚光比,与仿真的结果较为吻合。最后得出下表面三角形腰长为14.5 mm时最为合适并给出设计图。
A non-tracking electro-optical composite tube was designed to obtain electric energy and thermal energy at the same time. The shape of the condenser curve was optimized by Matlab and the numerical simulation was carried out. The data of different absorber shapes were compared to obtain the best Absorber shape. The optical path diagrams with different angles of incidence and the distribution chart of the light concentrating ratio of the lower surface are given. It is proved that the lower surface is also more uniform in light, which can avoid the damage caused by the high temperature thermal stress on the solar battery. Finally, the experimental average concentration of the lower surface of the test, the simulation results are in good agreement. Finally come to the lower surface of the triangle waist length of 14.5 mm most appropriate and given the design.
