Shudao difficult modern public relations career in China has gone through more than 10 years of history. For more than a decade, social projects such as public relations are neither long nor too short. It is fair to say that China’s public relations undertaking has grown from scratch to the present. However, the road is always uneven. From several articles published in this issue (including this issue), it is not difficult to see how public relations theory research explores and creates its own disciplinary system based on China’s national conditions. There are still controversies on some major theoretical issues. To reach a consensus still needs time, these should not be imposed. But the national public relations institutions of higher learning
