超导增能器是HI-13串列升级工程主工艺之一,其设计目标是能量增益为每个电荷态2MeV。2008年的主要工作包括铌溅射工艺线的加工,低温恒温柜的预验收以及高频系统样机的研制等。
Superconducting booster is one of the main HI-13 tandem upgrade engineering processes, and its goal is to design an energy gain of 2 MeV per charge. The main work in 2008 includes the processing of niobium sputtering process line, the pre-acceptance of cryostat and the development of high-frequency system prototypes.
