目的探讨人防御素-alpha1-3(HNP1-3)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测20例乳腺组织及59例乳腺癌组织中HNP1的表达,并结合乳腺癌患者年龄、临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移以及PR/ER/C-erB-2表达进行相关性分析。结果①HNP1-3在正常乳腺组织中为强阳性表达,表达率为95%;②HNP1-3在癌组织中差异表达,在淋巴结转移患者的强阳性表达为45%,而淋巴结未转移患者表达强阳性率81.08%(P<0.05),强阳性率在组织学Ⅰ级为85.71%,Ⅱ级72.22%,Ⅲ级45%(P<0.05);③HNP1-3在乳腺癌中的表达与肿瘤患者年龄、临床分期、PR/ER/C-erB-2表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论HNP1-3在乳腺癌的发展过程中起重要作用,其表达水平可能是反映乳腺癌预后的标记。
Objective To investigate the expression of human defensin-alpha1-3 (HNP1-3) in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HNP1 in 20 cases of breast cancer and 59 cases of breast cancer. The expression of HNP1 in breast cancer was analyzed by age, clinical stage, histological grade, lymph node metastasis and PR / ER / C-erB-2 expression Correlation analysis. Conclusion HNP1-3 plays an important role in the development of breast cancer. The expression of HNP1-3 may be a marker reflecting the prognosis of breast cancer.
