预拱度的控制是连续刚构桥施工控制中的重要组成部分,该文以某大跨径连续刚构桥施工控制具体实践为基础,以灰色系统理论GM(1,1)新陈代谢模型为理论依据,探讨了灰色系统理论在连续刚构桥施工预拱度控制中的具体应用,监控实践中预测数据与现场实测吻合良好,全部悬臂箱梁段施工完成后,合龙段误差均在12mm以内,各节段理论与累积挠度差值均在15mm以内,实践证明该方法能够优化预拱度控制,指导连续刚构桥施工。
The control of pre-camber is an important part in the construction control of continuous rigid frame bridge. The predicted data in the monitoring practice are in good agreement with the field measurements. After the completion of all cantilever box beam sections, the error of closing section was within 12 mm, The difference between each segment theory and cumulative deflection is within 15mm. Practice has proved that this method can optimize pre-camber control and guide the construction of continuous rigid-frame bridge.
