为了解承德市城乡中学生关于艾滋病的知识、态度情况，为进一步开展预防艾滋病健康教育提供依据，对承德市区、乡村中学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明：承德市城、乡中学生均掌握一定艾滋病知识，城市高于农村（Ｐ＜０．０１）；学生对预防艾滋病的态度积极；对艾滋病的传播途径多数认识错误。知识来源主要为大众媒介，希望来源于医护人员、家长、教师的占比例较大，提示教育者应顺应要求，加强学校预防艾滋病的教育。艾滋病知识水平与性别、父母职业、父母学历无关。
In order to understand the knowledge and attitudes of middle school students in urban and rural areas of Chengde about AIDS and to provide the basis for further AIDS prevention education, a questionnaire survey was conducted among urban students in Chengde and rural areas. The results showed that: Chengde city and township middle school students have a certain degree of AIDS knowledge, the city is higher than the rural (P <0.01); Students are active in AIDS prevention; Most of the transmission of AIDS is misunderstood. The source of knowledge is mainly the mass media, hoping that the proportion of medical staff, parents and teachers will be larger, suggesting that educators should follow the requirements to strengthen AIDS prevention education in schools. AIDS knowledge and gender, parental occupation, parental education has nothing to do.
