研究了多种分散方法对纳米复合镀层中的纳米颗粒分散性的作用;探讨了力学的、物理的及化学的方法对复合镀层的纳米粒子复合的影响以及对复合镀层显微硬度等性能的影响。结果表明超声波分散方法可以使纳米粒子充分分散,分布较均匀,而且镀层复合量也较高,从而使镀层表现出较好的组织及性能。
The effects of various dispersion methods on the dispersibility of nanoparticles in nano-composite coatings were investigated. The effects of mechanical, physical and chemical methods on the nano-particle composites of composite coatings and their effects on the microhardness and other properties of the composite coatings . The results show that the ultrasonic dispersion method can make the nanoparticles fully dispersed, distributed more evenly, and the coating composite content is higher, so that the coating showed better organization and properties.
