城市减灾管理的综合评价问题是关系到提高城市减灾管理水平的重要前提之一。本文从系统科学的观点出发，在探讨城市减灾管理与城市灾害环境及社会经济发展状况之间关系的基础上，提出了建立我国城市减灾管理综合评价体系的总体思路，并在此基础上，运用模糊数学的方法建立了相应的综合评价模型．
The comprehensive evaluation of urban disaster reduction management is one of the important prerequisites related to improving the management level of urban disaster reduction. Based on the viewpoint of system science, on the basis of discussing the relationship between urban disaster reduction management and urban disaster environment and socioeconomic development, this paper puts forward the general idea of establishing a comprehensive evaluation system of urban disaster reduction management in our country. On this basis, Fuzzy mathematics method to establish the corresponding comprehensive evaluation model.
