对老年高血压病,由于不适当的降压治疗所引起的严重合并症,尚缺乏足够的警惕和认识。现将我们遇到的两例报告如下。例1:男,72岁,汉族。1954年发现血压高(170～180/100),最高达220/120。曾多次住院治疗。内服双氢克尿噻、降压灵等药物治疗。1973年在某地疗养,血压控制在150～160/90～100。从疗养院返家途中,血压220/120。当地医生予以内服
