利用落管技术,在高纯He和Ar的混合气氛中获得了直径为80~1000μm的非晶合金小球.采用示差扫描量热分析(DSC)方法,研究了在落管无容器状态凝固的Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Nil0Be22.5非晶小球的玻璃转变及晶化动力学.结果表明:与水淬得到的Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5大块非晶相比,利用落管获得的非晶小球,具有较小的玻璃转变激活能和较大的晶化激活能.从液态结构及形核机理角度讨论了这一差异,将有助于认识非晶合金的形成机理.
By means of drop tube technology, amorphous alloy beads with a diameter of 80 ~ 1000μm were obtained in a mixed atmosphere of high purity He and Ar. By means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) The glass transition and crystallization kinetics of Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Nil0Be22.5 amorphous spherulites were studied.The results show that compared with Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous obtained by water quenching, Small glass transition activation energy and large crystallization activation energy.The discussion of this difference from the liquid structure and nucleation mechanism will help to understand the formation mechanism of amorphous alloys.
