为提高拉斗铲操作技术水平,对设备操作技术的考核办法进行了研究。运用智能手机角速度传感器,实现了对拉斗铲作业循环耗时、回转角度等参数的动态采集;根据回转角速度的数据序列变化规律,归纳划分了标准操作、提前减速操作、滞后减速操作的行为范畴;采用回转角度-耗时曲线拟合的方法,制定了设备操作水平考核方法。结论表明:角速度数据序列可直观形象地显示设备操作过程存在的问题,利用角速度数据序列制定的设备操作水平考核方法简单、有效,可帮助操作人员有针对地改进不良操作习惯,有效提高操作水平。
In order to improve the technical level of dragline shovel operation, the assessment methods of equipment operation technology were studied. Based on the change law of the data sequence of the gyroscopic angular velocity, the division of behavior of standard operation, early deceleration operation and lag deceleration operation is summarized by using smart phone angular velocity sensor. ; Using the rotation angle - time-consuming curve fitting method, developed a method of equipment operation level assessment. The conclusion shows that the angular velocity data series can visually display the problems existing in the operation of the equipment. The evaluation method of equipment operation level based on the angular velocity data series is simple and effective, which can help operators improve the bad habits and improve the operation level effectively.
