预制预应力混凝土箱梁具有结构强度高、刚度大、稳定性好、能够缩短工期、减少工程用地、便于施工管理等优点,在桥梁工程中得到了广泛应用。但由于箱梁内部结构设计较为复杂,施工工艺较难,导致施工质量较难控制。文章通过分析箱梁在生产过程中裂缝产生的原因,有针对性地提出预防和控制措施,在施工中取得了良好的效果。
Prefabricated prestressed concrete box girder has the advantages of high structural strength, high rigidity, good stability, shortening the construction period, reducing the project land, and facilitating construction management, and has been widely used in bridge engineering. However, due to the complicated internal structure design of the box girder, the construction technology is more difficult, which makes the construction quality difficult to control. By analyzing the causes of cracks in the box girder during the production process, the article put forward the prevention and control measures in a targeted manner and achieved good results in the construction.
