一九九三年以来,按照采油厂的整体改革方案,我们维修大队更名为工程安装队。其中部分单位的工资奖金直接与产值成本挂钩,实行含量工资制。机制的转变,迫使我们由生产型转为经营型,进入油田工程市场参与竞争。新机制要求我们,要主动揽项目,主动组织材料供应,主动处理工农关系。而且,工程质量要远远超过过去的标准。这就要求我们尽快地选拔开发
Since 1993, according to the overall reform plan of the oil refinery, our maintenance team has changed its name to the engineering installation team. Some of the unit’s salary bonuses are directly linked to the cost of production value, and a content-based wage system is implemented. The transformation of the mechanism forced us to change from a production type to a management type and enter the oil field engineering market to participate in competition. The new mechanism requires us to actively take projects, actively organize the supply of materials, and actively handle the relationship between workers and peasants.
