云南省弥勒县朋普镇利用当地山砂资源丰富,附近有高钙粉煤灰的优越条件,以高钙粉煤灰为固结材料,以山砂为基本材料,在上级单位的扶植下,通过用工制度的改革,使免烧砖的生产成本只有4分/块,售价在4.6～5分/块(附近烧结砖售价为5.7分/块)。从而处于与烧结砖有利的竞争地位,占领了市场。产品不仅供应当地,还销至附近乡镇甚至弥勒县城。现在,该镇已建免烧砖厂3个,年生产能力1000万块。预计还会有所发展。以下介绍一下朋普镇发展免烧砖所取得的成效,得到发展的原因及存在的问题。
