目的观察乙烯利对成年及子代雌性Balb/c小鼠体液免疫及细胞免疫的影响。方法成年动物以乙烯利灌胃染毒,剂量为15.9、47.7和143 mg/kg,4周后观察小鼠免疫器官脏器系数、外周血淋巴细胞及免疫功能的变化;成年雌性小鼠合笼后,于孕期第6天(GD6)开始灌胃染毒,至仔鼠断乳,仔鼠6周龄时观察仔鼠免疫器官脏器系数、外周血淋巴细胞及免疫功能的变化。采用LDH法测定自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性,采用T淋巴细胞增殖和迟发型变态反应来评价细胞免疫功能,采用溶血空斑实验来评价体液免疫功能。结果各剂量组成年小鼠及仔鼠体重及脏器系数未发生改变;143 mg/kg乙烯利能够使仔鼠淋巴细胞数增多,而成年小鼠未产生变化;143mg/kg的乙烯利能够抑制成年小鼠的NK细胞活性,但是47.7~143mg/kg的乙烯利却增强仔鼠的NK细胞活性;15.9~143 mg/kg乙烯利能够增强雌性小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖能力,但是子代小鼠各剂量组的T淋巴细胞增殖能力却未受影响;成年小鼠各剂量组迟发型变态反应均未发生显著变化,47.7~143 mg/kg浓度的乙烯利能够抑制仔鼠迟发型变态反应的发生;成年及仔鼠的体液免疫功能未受影响。结论乙烯利在15.9~143 mg/kg时能够影响成年及子代Balb/c小鼠的免疫系统,成年及子代小鼠免疫系统对乙烯利的反应性存在差异,表明同一化学物的免疫毒性及发育免疫毒性表现不完全相同;评价外源化学物对免疫系统的影响时,有必要时同时观察外源化学物对免疫系统及发育免疫系统的影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of ethephon on humoral and cellular immunity in female and offspring female Balb / c mice. Methods Adult animals were treated with ethephon intragastrically at dose of 15.9, 47.7 and 143 mg / kg.
