“双语教学”已经成为近年来全面推进素质教育的又一个着陆点。如何科学理性地分析研究双语教学,进行合理的定位,是目前教育界关注的焦点。本文具体阐释了“双语教学”与外语教学的相互促进关系,以及公安院校推进双语教学必须关注的几个问题:以务实态度稳步推进双语教学试验;需要做到思想观念和教学方法的三个转变;必须解决师资、学生和教材三个前提问题。
“Bilingual teaching ” has become another landing point for promoting quality education in an all-round way in recent years. How to analyze and study bilingual teaching scientifically and reasonably is the current focus of education. This article concretely explains the mutual promotion relationship between “bilingual teaching ” and foreign language teaching, as well as several issues that must be paid attention to in popularizing bilingual teaching in public security colleges and universities: to steadily push forward the bilingual teaching experiment with pragmatic attitude; to do ideological concepts and teaching methods Three changes; teachers, students and teaching materials must address three prerequisite questions.
