应用液相色谱-串联质谱法研究肠内菌转化连翘苷的代谢产物。将连翘苷与大鼠肠内菌于体外厌氧温孵培养,在温孵液中检测到连翘苷及其3种代谢产物。放大制备了转化产率高的代谢物,依据1H NMR和ESI-MS数据推测代谢物结构并假设了连翘苷可能的代谢途径。
Study on Metabolites of Forsythin in Enterobacteriaceae by Liquid Chromatography - Tandem Mass Spectrometry. Forsythin and rat intestinal bacteria in vitro anaerobic incubation incubation, detected in the incubation solution Forsythin and its three metabolites.
