以N~4-苯基-5-硝基糠醛缩氨基硫脲和N~4-苯基糠醛缩氨基硫脲为配体设计合成了六种Cu~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)的配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并对配合物的抑菌活性进行了测定,大部分配合物都显示出较强的抑菌活性,而Cu~(2+)配合物活性最强。
Six kinds of Cu 2 + and Co 2 + were designed and synthesized with N 4-phenyl-5-nitrofurfural thiosemicarbazone and N 4-phenylfurfural thiosemicarbazone as ligands. , Ni ~ (2+) complexes were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and FTIR spectroscopy. The antibacterial activities of the complexes were also tested. Most of the complexes showed strong antibacterial activity, While Cu ~ (2+) complexes have the strongest activity.
