目的:观察降糖明目汤对背景期糖尿病视网膜病变(BDR)模型兔的抵抗素、NF-κB的影响。方法:BDR模型兔随机分为模型组、降糖明目汤治疗组和西药导升明对照组,检测血清抵抗素、胰腺组织NF-κBp65表达,并与正常组比较。结果:模型组实验兔血清抵抗素浓度明显升高,与中药治疗组、西药对照组和空白对照组三者比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);但中药治疗组、西药对照组和空白对照组三者之间比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。模型组实验兔胰腺组织NF-κBp65强表达,与正常组、中药治疗组比较,有极显著差异(P<0.01),与西药对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);中药治疗组与西药对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。中药治疗组与正常组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药降糖明目汤具有一定的抑制NF-κBp65的表达,降低血清抵抗素浓度的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jiangtang Mingmu Decoction on resistin and NF-κB in rabbits with background diabetic retinopathy (BDR). Methods: BDR model rabbits were randomly divided into model group, hypoglycemic and ocuparytic treatment group and western medicine ascending control group. Serum resistin and pancreatic NF-κBp65 expression were detected and compared with normal group. Results: The concentration of serum resistin in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, the Western medicine control group and the blank control group (P <0.01). However, in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, western medicine control group and blank control group There was no significant difference between the three groups (P> 0.05). The expression of NF-κBp65 in pancreatic tissue of model group was significantly higher than that of normal group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (P <0.01), and there was no significant difference between Western model group and western medicine control group (P> 0.05) Western medicine control group was significantly different (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between Chinese medicine group and normal group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Jiangtang Mingmu Decoction can inhibit the expression of NF-κBp65 and decrease the concentration of serum resistin.
