随着国家职业教育指导方针的改变,由原来的复合型人才培养策略转变为高技能型人才培养策略,对近阶段的职业教育院校的实际教学提出了很高的要求。前一阶段的职业教育主要是加强对学生的基础性教育,广泛培养学生们的学习知识的广度,而对于专业知识的深度有所忽略,虽然对学生择业范围和就业适应能力方面有较大的帮助,但是,就中国现阶段工业发展和社会服务方面来讲,已经不能完全适应。
